Hours of Operation: Lillibrook Market is open Monday-Friday from 0900- 1500, however orders on our site can be placed any day/time. Please allow 24-48 hours for email inquiries. Emails received after 3 pm EST on Friday will be responded to on our next business day.

Returns + Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please use the sizing chart to ensure your item(s) will fit! If you have any questions about the fit of any garment please feel free to send us an email.

Approved exchanges may be granted in special cases. Please note, in these circumstances you will be responsible for shipping the item back for the exchange.

In the event of a flawed item we will either refund or send out a new item. An email with detailed images of the product will be required for our records.

We are not responsible for rips in clothing after it has been used or laundered.

Turn-Around Time: Please allow 7 days for processing + shipping (8-10 business days) for in-stock items to arrive at your doorstep. Hundreds of orders are received each month, so orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping: Once shipped, Lillibrook Market is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local Canada Post office for information on your parcel. For orders shipped using ExpressPost, tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. No exceptions. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with Canada Post.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada.

Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to orders@lillibrook.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)".

Pre-Orders: Preorders may take up to 4 weeks to process + shipping (8-10 business days). Please understand that this window may be 1-2 weeks longer if there is an issue with garment backorders.

Order Changes: Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made.

Discounts + Store Credits: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts.

Terms of Use + Liability: Lillibrook Market will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and accessories/hoodies should be removed before sleep. Always inspect items before use.

Inquiries: Lillibrook Market is very active on Instagram, however we often miss questions or inquiries due to the high volume of traffic we receive each day. Please make sure to email us at info@lillibrook.com with any collaboration, wholesale, or order questions. PLEASE include your order number if inquiring about an order placed. We will get back with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our next business day.
